Why do I get a error message when downloading the software?

    Benjamin,

    Thank you for your comment. If you are using chrome and still experiencing the error message, two things to check: Which recorder are you downloading? Outlook or Desktop Recorder.

    Based on your response, you may need to download the .NET Framework 4.5.2 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office.
